CapEmber provides software for financial advisers: IFA Office, and (when launched) Investment Tracker and Cashflow Modelling. CapEmber supports advisers; it does not provide regulated financial advice, and your firm remains responsible for its regulatory obligations.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Your CapEmber account covers billing and plans; product workspaces are governed by the agreement accepted in the product.
Paid plans are billed per firm through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials are free and require no card.
Your firm's client data belongs to your firm. On cancellation you may export it; we then delete it in line with our privacy policy and any compliance retention you have configured.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: [email protected].
